Chevron has closed its main office in Kuwait, a move the company said was the natural completion of a technical-service agreement and not the result of opposition from a segment of government. “Chevron continues to do business in Kuwait through our joint operations in the PNZ [Saudi-Kuwait partitioned neutral zone] as well as other activities and business interests,” said company spokesman Kurt Glaubitz.
